Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how Word Nest (the "App"), published by Codrixo Technologies ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the App on Android devices.
In short: Word Nest has no accounts and we do not collect your personal information. Your game progress stays on your device. The App shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google may collect device information to show and measure those ads.
1. Information stored on your device
To save your game, the App stores the following on your device only:
- Current level, score, coins and bonus words found
- Settings such as sound and haptics on/off
- Timers used for game features (for example, when free coins were last claimed)
This data is never sent to us. It is not included in Android cloud backups or device-to-device transfers. You can erase it at any time from Settings → Reset progress, or by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve, personalise (where you consent) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK may collect and process:
- Device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information (model, operating system version, language, app version)
- Ad interaction data (for example, ads viewed or tapped) and diagnostic data

Your ad choices
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): on first launch the App asks for your consent through Google's consent tool. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy options.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by device).
- If you opt out of personalisation you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
3. App updates
The App uses Google Play's in-app update feature to tell you when a new version is available. This check is handled by the Google Play Store on your device; we do not receive any information from it.
4. Information we collect
We do not ask for, collect, store or sell your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location or any other personal information. The App has no sign-in or account. If you email us, we will use your email address and message only to reply to you.
5. Internet access and permissions
The App requests internet access only to load ads and to open links you choose (such as this policy or the Play Store page). The game itself works offline.
6. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Security and retention
Game data stays on your device until you reset it or uninstall the App. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data about you, requests about ad data are best directed to Google, and you can withdraw ad consent in the App at any time. We do not sell personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
